Rodrigo Silva Duarte

Founder — BCTC

Brazilian origin. Chinese experience. International execution.

Rodrigo Silva Duarte is originally from Natal, Brazil. He lived in Wuhan, China for nearly a decade, developing deep familiarity with Chinese culture, business behaviour, supplier relations and local negotiation dynamics.

From 2020 he became increasingly involved in sourcing and factory development between China and Brazil. After returning to Brazil in 2023 with his Chinese family, he continued expanding the network built throughout his years in China.

BCTC's China network was not built exclusively through transactional supplier relationships. It was developed through years of direct immersion in Chinese society, language, family life and business culture.
